Keynote Band
KEYNOTE is a professionally managed and produced music group that features high-energy performers playing the most popular and new pop music favorites. The band has delighted audiences around the country with their young energetic performers. The basic format is seven pieces, which includes a male and female singer, guitar, bass/keys, drums, sax and trumpet. Keynote also has its own professional sound engineer who accompanies the band and mixes each performance. Additional performers are frequently added, including additional singers, horn players or percussionists.
KEYNOTE performs for weddings of all scale along with corporate and non-profit events. With a scalable personnel roster, you can configure the band however your guests would best prefer by adding additional performers.

Keynote Stole the Show!
I had Keynote perform at my wedding on Saturday night. They absolutely stole the show! Not only were they all incredibly talented, but they were engaging with our guests – from the lead singer to the sax player. They played a great mix of songs for both the older and younger crowd and created a fun, energetic atmosphere. Would highly recommend Keynote to anyone!

KEYNOTE Rocked the Boat!
I was the mother of the groom where the band played and they were phenomenal. The reception was on a boat in the Potomac and it was rocking! KEYNOTE played a wide range of music and the dance floor was packed right up till the end. Every age group enjoyed the tunes! “Don’t Ya Wanna Dance” by Whitney Houston was one of my faves and I thought Whitney was singing it! Would not hesitate to recommend them.
Amazing Band!
Keynote absolutely rocked our wedding reception! The band was a huge hit. We had guests come up to us during and after our wedding, raving about them! They really engaged the crowd and kept everyone dancing until the last shuttle left. In addition to the amazing reception, Josh, the band leader, also played the guitar beautifully as we walked down the aisle during the ceremony. He learned a couple new songs, of which we are so grateful for. They truly helped make the wedding a seamless and memorable experience!

Everyone had an Amazing Time!
Everyone can’t stop raving about the band! Josh was great, and super helpful, and everyone had an amazing time.
Their sound volume was great as was their song selection. Also their appearance and personality was very professional and Josh was very cooperative.

Keynote helped to make our wedding truly perfect!
Entertainment Exchange was an incredibly easy vendor to work with from the start- They considered our budget and our vision and hooked us up with an amazing string trio, String Theory, for our ceremony and cocktail hour and an energetic and fun band, Keynote, for our reception.
String Theory provided the perfect music for our ceremony and cocktail hour. It was truly beautiful and a dream, something we will never forget, along with our guests. String Theory really helped to make the beginning of our night just incredible.
Keynote, the band for the reception, surpassed all of our expectations easily. From the beginning phases, Josh, the band leader, was extremely easy to work with and really listened to what we wanted out of our reception. Our first song and father/daughter dance were performed live and were very special moments. After dinner, Keynote got the party going and it DID NOT stop until it was time to leave. Everyone was on the dance floor the entire night! They simply are an amazing band with incredible energy and obviously love to perform. If you’re looking for a band to really kick off your reception and keep it going the whole night, go with Keynote!

Entertainment exchange (namely the band, Keynote) was UNBELIEVEABLE at our September wedding. They were very professional and responsive, and didn’t need too much direction from me (a flustered bride) or our venue. We had about 200 guests and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM was out on the dance floor all night long!!!!! The band went with our (odd and specific) recommendations, and really customized their set list so it felt personal to us as a couple. The lead singer was simply fantastic! She would come into the middle of the dance floor, engage our guests, and kept the party rocking all night. We are still receiving compliments about how much fun everyone had- which is exactly what we wanted! If you’re debating whether Entertainment Exchange/Keynote is the right fit for your wedding…stop looking and book immediately!

All the musicians and singers were very professional and amazing performers. Great job with the lights too, they always help transform a room!! I can’t wait to work with you again!

I would definitely recommend Entertainment Exchange/Keynote to everyone I know, they did a great job at helping us figure out exactly what we needed for our wedding as they provided the music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and made sure to answer all of our questions in a timely manner. Keynote played at our reception and they did a FANTASTIC job!!! Our guest absolutely loved them!! Not only did they sound great but they also interacted with the crowed as they performed which everyone LOVED!! We got so many complements. When the band took breaks they had great songs playing to keep the party going and when a few of our guest requested Latin music they were able to find a mix they put together for a another event and play that for everyone which everyone LOVED!! I am so happy we were able to get them for our wedding and like I said I would recommend them to everyone!!

We chose to go with Keynote as our wedding band after seeing them perform at a friends wedding a year earlier. They were sure to put on another great performance for us! We had a blast as did all of our family and friends. They are extremely interactive and know how to get the crowd out on the dance floor, not to mention their singing is outstanding. We would recommend Keynote to anyone who is looking to get their next party started.

Superb Job by Keynote!
Entertainment Exchange did a wonderful job for my daughter’s wedding in August 2018. The quality of service was excellent, answered all questions, very professional and very accommodating. The band “Keynote” did a superb job. They went over the top and really engaged the audience. Everyone was on the dance floor. Five Stars!

Keynote played at our daughter’s wedding on August 25, 2018. They were over the top. They were out there on the dance floor with everyone. It was superb. If I ever have any other kind of event, I would hire them again.

My guests were raving about Keynote!
We absolutely loved Keynote! We knew the minute we saw a video of them that they were top notch but once we saw them in person we were convinced. We have large families who love to dance so we weren’t concerned about people being on the dance floor but Keynote took it to a whole other level! From giving Brian the microphone, to dancing with my aunt, they got everyone involved and people were raving. We cannot thank them enough for making it the wedding of our dreams! We are obsessed!

The VERY BEST!
Keynote played at my daughter’s wedding last weekend. Everyone has told me, and I fully agree, that they are the best wedding band (and I’m sure any other venue) they have EVER experienced. There musical ability was top notch and the singing was superb. The band members were full of positive energy and really engaged the audience. The dance floor was packed for four straight hours !!
My daughter’s wish was to have a really fun reception where everyone danced the entire time. We are so grateful to Keynote for making her wish come true!

Mike was so great in helping us choose the best band for us and both Pat and Josh did an amazing job listening to what we wanted and delivered in a big way. Keynote was amazing! They kept the dance floor moving the whole night. The singers had phenomenal voices and we had so many compliments from our wedding guests. The music and song choices really catered to all ages and flow of the night worked perfectly. The band manager was personable and really worked with us months prior and up to our day. We added a short DJ set to our timeline which was nice to add a few recent songs and some choreographed songs like the Cupid Shuffle! They were so accommodating and allowed my “now” husband to have a special guitar solo and later dad to sing! It was a magical night and so happy a fun and professional band was able to be a part of making our wedding day so special!
